Before placing your order with Matcha Chocolat, please read and accept our terms and conditions.
Your Order & Availability
- Product and packaging are subject to change without prior notice.
- All products are subject to availability. If on receipt of an order the products you have ordered are not available, Matcha Chocolat will inform you as soon as possible and refund or recredit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.
- The quality and freshness of the product is guaranteed within the shelf life indicated on the product and the website in dependence upon the products being kept in a cool and dry condition in their original packaging.
Payment & Pricing
- Matcha Chocolat items may be purchased using Visa, Mastercard and Switch and Paypal.
- We advise that you ensure that you have completed the order form fully and accurately as it can affect the processing of your order. We cannot be held responsible for an order being held back or for failure to deliver if there is an error in the order details you have provided.
- All orders are accepted after payment details have been checked and confirmed.
- All prices quoted are in British pounds. The price of goods and delivery charges are inclusive of VAT.
- Prices are subject to change.
- Prices do not include shipping and handling charges.
Post & Packaging
- A single fee of £2.95 for shipping and handling will be added to the total purchase at checkout.
- All items will be sent Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and will require a signature.
- In general Matcha Chocolat needs 1-3 days to process, prepare, and despatch each order, though orders may occasionally take up to 7 days to be despatched.
- Orders made on Friday will not be sent until Monday. This ensures that your fresh chocolates will not be sitting in storage over the weekend.
Cancelling & Returning Orders
- In accordance with the Distance Selling Directive (2000) the right of withdraw of 7 days working days does not apply to contracts for the supply of perishable food items, such as fresh chocolates.
- Cancellation or any other type of change to your order will only be accepted if the product has not yet been prepared.
- No cancellation can be made once the packaged order has been turned over to the carrier and the charges will not be refunded.
- If you are not satisfied with the product because you deem it either faulty or damaged you may return it at your own cost within 48 hours from the day of dispatch. After this period, no return will be accepted.
- Products that are returned due to fault or damage within 48 hours will be refunded or exchanged. Matcha Chocolat is unable to process returns or refunds on items that are just unsuitable or unwanted.
