I just wanted to say that the latest chocolates we had from you are sublime. The flavours are authentic and subtle and unexpected yet somehow just right – who would have thought of putting tarragon in chocolate but it works. Yours are definitely the best chocolates I have eaten.

I recently attended a business lunch at The Partridge in Wallingford and was totally blown away by the chocolates offered with the coffee. I am not a chocoholic but they were scrumptious, my mother was also at the lunch and she was in second heaven. The other guests also commented on their presentation and said they were almost too good to be eaten however I didn’t see anyone refuse one.
