Our Masala Chai Salted Caramels are an extraordinary alliance of dark chocolate, caramel, spicy chai tea and pink Himalayan salt. To make our sumptuously, spicy caramel we use an authentic Indian black tea with the warming masalas (spices) of cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, pepper, and cloves. The sweetness of caramel brings out the robust flavors of the Masala chai tea and a pinch of pink Himalayan salt- rich in minerals and trace elements- enhances its depth of flavour. It is this balance of sweet, savory, spicy and a delicate saltiness that gives a taste of exotic sophistication to our Masala Chai Salted Caramels.
