Rose and cardamom flavoured dark chocolate with rose petals and pistachio nibs

For centuries the intoxicating smell of the rose has permeated the culinary traditions throughout the East with its sweet, floral aroma. Taking cue from a classic Persian recipe for rose and cardamom-infused tea, we’ve blended dark chocolate with rose water and a touch of cardamom to create a floral chocolate with a distinctly spicy aroma. Crystallised rose petals and pistachio nibs bring colour and texture to our Cardamom Rose Chocolate Shards making them the perfect fusion of Western and Eastern food cultures.
